"I come from Ward 3. Growing up in The City of Fort Myers, I was raised in Ward 3 and have spent my life here. I am dedicated to helping those around me in the community. As a graduate of Fort Myers High School, the same school my mother taught at for 40 years, I feel it is a privilege and an honor to serve this area as a City Council Member. My track record speaks volumes for how much I care and stand up for our community."

Band The Box
Councilwoman Watson initiated the program to enable the recently incarcerated individuals to obtain a job with the City of Fort Myers.
Southward Village
Instrumental in the re-vitalization of Southward Village with a $360,000,000 investment in Southward Village.
Sidewalk Project
Leading the push to bring sidewalk throughout Ward 3 (ongoing)
Home Fire Safety
Work with the FMFD to initiate annual home fire safety fire alarm testing.
Franklin Park Elementary School
Working for the modernization of the Franklin Park Elementary School
Mid-Town Project
Working with the City of Fort Myers and CRA to revitalize Mid-Town as it impacts Ward 3
