Why Re-Elect Councilwoman Watson?

Continued Progression

Deeply rooted and thoroughly committed, describe Councilwoman Terolyn P. Watson and her seven years of service as the Councilperson for Ward Three. Terolyn was born, raised and educated in Fort Myers, Florida. She has been employed with the Lee County School District for twenty-eight years.

Terolyn has two daughters, Jacinta and Aaliyah. Jacinta graduated from Florida State University and Aaliyah currently attends Florida Academy. Terolyn has three grandchildren. Terolyns mother, Thelma J. Hamilton, worked and retired from Fort Myers High School. Growing up seeing her mother serving others inspired Terolyn to be a catalyst for change.

Under her leadership, Ward 3 has experienced extraordinary improvements. Terolyn has been a champion for introducing initiatives, safety measures, and expansions within Ward 3 and the development of the City of Fort Myers.

Serving the City of Fort Myers for the past seven years, Terolyn has served the people of Ward 3 and would be proud to continue representing the constituents of Ward 3.
